What's the average delivering time?
Generally, for Italy, it's fairly 4-5 working days.

The procedure is really simple.
You can add the products that you want to buy in your 'Cart', by using the 'Add to Cart' button. When you've finished your shopping, push the 'Checkout' button in your Cart page.
In the next page, you'll be asked to register to the website (if you didn't it before), but you are let also to complete the checkout without registration.
We need your shipping informations, so you have to complete a form with this data, and, then, we'll calculate the shipping rate.
At the end, you can complete the order, by doing an online payment, on SECETI secure server, by using Bankpass or simply your normal Credit Card. Do I have to buy a minimum quantity of bottles?
Generally no.
However, for logistical reasons, for some kind of wines we need a minimum quantity of 3-6 bottles. This minimum amount will be clearly visible next to the 'Add to Cart' button.How can I carry out the payment?
The payment is completed on a secure server WebPayment MyBank, a service provided by ICBPI (Istituto Centrale Banche Popolari Italiane) and SECETI S.p.A.
The payment can be completed in two ways:
- By using your Bankpass account, if you have one
- By using your normal credit card.
Anyway, Italian Wine Boutique will never be aware of your Credit Card informations, that will be managed only by the Banking website.
In the future, we'll provide also PayPal payments.How is payment security managed?
Our online Credit Card payment system is completely secure.
Your credit Card data will be sent only to the Web Payment MyBank website, a secure server managed by ICBPI (Istituto Centrale Banche Popolari Italiane) and SECETI S.p.A.
Security management is guaranteed by the SSL-128 secure protocol, that ensures that your credit card number will be sent only to the bank website and won't be readable by potential “thiefs”, since they're ciphered.
The bank is the only institution that will read and manage your Credit Card data, like you're doing a normal purchase on a physical POS.
Italian Wine Boutique will never receive and store your Credit Card number, but we'll receive the final payment confirmation from the bank server.What are the Return & Refund policies?
You can cancel the order by 10 day starting from the day in which you receive the good. You can send us a letter sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgment of receipt and then you have to return the goods without any damage.

Our customers' personal informations are collected by itwineboutique.com systems only in order to complete the purchasing process and to carry out the terms of the contract.
The informations given won't be shared with any third party, with exception to the pony express, that needs the shipping informations.
Anyway, all the stored personal data are protected from illegal data processing and non-authorized accesses with digital security systems.
